Previous Magazines (published in Spain)
Mellow Magazine was first published in 2006 in El Campello, Spain. Then it was a printed magazine for the ex-pat community and the many visitors to the area. We continuously published the magazine until 2012 when personal circumstances meant we needed to return to the UK and the magazine was sold. Sadly, the new owners were unable to keep the magazine going and in 2014 we returned to Spain and started the magazine again, this time called Tickled Squirrel since the original name was still owned by the person who purchased it from us. The Squirrel continued for a year but once again, we needed to return to the UK and it had to stop.
When the Covid 19 virus hit, and the whole world shut down, we started Mellow Magazine as an online magazine for Spain, and Tickled Squirrel for where we now lived in Scotland. Both magazines offered completely free advertising as our way of helping businesses survive while Covid was stopping everyone.
